1. send the serum sample list by e-mail to ixis@gate.sinica.edu.tw
or

2. send the printout with serum samples to the sample box at 6F
   (in front of whiteboard)between 9:00-17:00 on Wednesday or
   Thursday, June 16, 17, 2021

If you need to sent your samples at other time and date
(due to the current isolation and triage measures),
